Celebrity chef Glynn Purnell has been accused of exchanging sexually explicit messages with a female fan he met on Twitter.
According to The Mirror, the 42-year-old Secret Chef star – who has three children with his long-term partner Kerry O’Carroll – sent nude images and ‘hundreds’ of raunchy messages with the fan behind his devoted love’s back.
‘I was surprised when he started following me on Twitter, and I got carried away,’ the fan is quoted as saying. ‘I didn’t realise he had a family at first. When he started talking about sex one thing led to another.

The Chef’s Secret? Celebrity chef Glynn Purnell has been accused to exchanging sexually explicit messages – and nude images – with a female fan he met on Twitter
‘Before I knew it we were swapping pics of our tattoos, and then he started sending intimate photos of himself.’
The Mirror reports that Glynn – who dubs himself the Yummy Brummie – initiated contact with the woman in question back in October, leading to months of late-night messaging – and even a failed plan to meet up in London last month.
‘I felt wanted,’ admitted the fan. ‘I love him when he appears on Saturday Kitchen.’
MailOnline has contacted a representative for Glynn Purnell for comment.

As of Sunday, the TV personality – who was responsible for landing Birmingham’s first Michelin star as head chef at local restaurant Jessica’s – appeared to have deleted his @Yummy_Brummie Twitter account.
In an interview with The Guardian back in 2015, Glynn had spoken of his love of spending quiet time at home with his partner and their children.
‘The second Sunday I’d spend at home – I love being there,’ he said. ‘About six years ago we moved out of the city into a house with an orchard, right next to a river.
‘I have a little treehouse, overlooking both, and I often sit up there, just gathering my thoughts, taking five minutes out of my busy life. So this is where I’d like to be, with my wife and kids.

‘I say my wife, even though technically we’re not married – we’ve been engaged for 18 years. Two restaurants, three kids, a cat and a dog later, I figure you just have to take your time.’
In November, Kerry was left in ‘agony’ after a crash near the family’s Warwickshire home, which left her car a write-off.
She said at the time: ‘I’m in agony. I can’t sleep, my car is written off. I’m having flashbacks, I’m in so much pain.’
Warwickshire Police said an 80-year-old man had been arrested on suspicion of drink-driving following the three-vehicle collision.
However he was later de-arrested pending further investigation.
According to her Twitter profile, Kerry helps manage Glynn’s two Birmingham restaurants – Purnell’s and Purnell’s Bistro – as well as cocktail bar Ginger’s.
The Michelin-starred chef’s profile has rocketed in recent years with appearances on a string of TV cooking shows.
Speaking of his TV career in September, he told the Birmingham Mail: ‘I’m never going to be Graham Norton or Jonathan Ross. And I don’t want to be.
‘I was hugely flattered that the BBC asked me to guest present Saturday Kitchen after James Martin left. I think of the people watching while eating their cornflakes and I don’t want it to be boring.’
