Pete Davidson is many things—the official youngster of Saturday Night Live, the man with the world’s most interesting love life, a sleaze style icon. And now he can add another line to his resume: runway model.
Davidson has some time on his hands as SNL is in its off season, and he didn’t even have to stray far from his regular workplace for his first runway gig. Davidson made his debut in Alexander Wang’s spring 2020 show. It was held Friday at Rockefeller Center, which is home to NBC’s Studio 8H, where SNL is broadcast.
“We’re so honored to be here at Rockefeller Center,” Wang said in an Instagram livestream, the AP reports. “I love New York. It is my home. I feel so proud to be based here. It’s such an incredible city.” Davidson is a native New Yorker, and his presence on the runway added a bit of hometown flare.
In the show, Davidson wore a white tank top that displayed his many tats, a black backwards baseball cap, woven belt, and trousers featuring one acid-washed denim leg and one black leather leg. Together, it made for a very Pete Davidson look. He was joined in the show by more experienced runway stars like Kendall Jenner and Kaia Gerber.
His slouchy, slightly limp-legged walk was a dead give away that modeling isn’t exactly his day job, but other than that the lanky 25-year-old looked very much the part. Check out his runway moment below.
