Grab your Pokéballs, strap on your baseball cap, and hold onto wallet, because Casetify is releasing another round of its Pokémon phone accessory collaboration. Drop number two brings us all 151 Kanto-region Pokémon in designs to make your geekdom look, well, less geeky. With new cases along with new accessories, including some awesome wireless chargers, Air Pod covers, and Samsung device compatibility, the drop looks to be fun as hell. Plus, there’s a healthy mix of pre-designed options and customizable options; Casetify continues to ace the custom case game.
Casetify’s new collection covers an expansive Pokédex roster, with all 151 OG Pokémon, from Pikachu to Jigglypuff. Each design features a picture of the beloved pocket monster with its Pokédex number—or a bunch of them together. Along with the Pokédex theme, there’s a Day/Night aspect with lighter and really sleek, darker looks. And trainers can customize their own cases from an extensive list of options, like different Pokémon designs, text, clear plastic, or one of Casetify’s most popular looks, Neon Sand.
What with the second coming of Poké-mania coupled with the recent news about Pokémon Sleep and Pokémon Sword and Shield, and the release of Detective Pikachu, Pokémon are everywhere once again. It’s like the ’90s, but with smartphones.
Whether you grew up with the games or are eagerly waiting to play Sword and Shield this November, Casetify probably has something for you. The collection drops on July 10 (there’s no pricing information yet), but there’s currently a waitlist open on the site. Yeah, it’s that popular. Items from the first drop were snapped up more quickly than a Pidgey.
