Mother of Wheeling High School student who died raises questions on COVID-19 testing, diagnosis, after school district announces death

The mother of a 16-year-old Wheeling High School student who died earlier this month and who school officials said over the weekend may have suffered complications from COVID-19 expressed frustration this week, saying that the teen was not properly treated prior to his death.
